Mesh size influences dispersion and dissolution. Grade selection depends on the finished product format and processing conditions, so the company recommends discussing a specification rather than ordering by Bloom alone. This company supplies bovine gelatin only. It does not produce porcine gelatin, fish gelatin, or plant-based gelatin substitutes.
